Ashley {BRIDALS}

At some point during the summer, I was sitting in my temporary office at Fellowship Bible Church and got a phone call from a number I didn’t recognize. Something you may not know about me, but I typically let those go to voice mail. I answered, though, and on the other end of the line was Ashley Wigley. A great mutual friend of ours, Bobby Blasingame, had recommended me! As this post get’s made public, I’m busy in southern Mississippi shooting their wedding!

Originally, Ashley wanted to shoot her pictures in Little Rock on the evening of September 11. At first, I was all for it…until I realized that was the same exact time the Razorbacks played ULM in Little Rock. So, we moved to plan B, Hot Springs, Arkansas! As I neared the town, I realized there was some sort of biker convention going on that weekend, because it was PACKED. Easily over 10,000 bikers in the town it felt like! Ashley changed into her wedding dress in the Arlington Hotel, and had to walk through the hotel bar to get into the park across the street. As she walked through the lobby/bar, every biker there started clapping, cheering, and yelling either, “YOU’RE SO BEAUTIFUL!” or, “DON’T DO IT!” I was cracking up…Ashley was blushing a bit.  But all in all, it turned out to be a great shoot.
