Some of the blog-faithful will remember October 26th, my last day being 21 years old, I put up this post here. I wanted my 22nd birthday to count for something more than myself. So, I asked you to donate. Not to me, but to a cause. To donate to give clean drinking water to people that had none. Something we take for granted is something some children and families need to save their lives.
I made a few offers, and many took me up. One offer, though, was for anyone who would be the first to volunteer $100 per year I’ve been alive for Charity: Water. To that person, couple, or family, I would shoot their wedding. I had NO idea who would take me up on the offer, whether it’d be an ideal client, a nut job, a friend or an enemy. LUCKILY, one of my best friends got in touch with me, before I even knew she was engaged, and said “I love what you’re doing, and I want to be a part.”
Anna Tyler and I go WAY back. In elementary school, Anna, Kyle, Allison, Katie and I were best friends. *Insert nostalgia here*. I wont bore any of you with stories from 8 years ago, just know that Anna is one of my favorite people on the planet, and it was 100% an honor to be asked to be a part of Matt and Anna’s big day. I can’t wait until their May 21 wedding in Mississippi. Until then, here’s some of their engagement pictures. Enjoy!
